3 bedroom / 2 bath house. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and outfitted with a double-decker bed (queen sized bottom bunk / single sized top bunk) plus one single sized bed. There’s also an outdoor shower, perfect for when you’re done fishing or rinsing off from a day at the beach. Kitchen is setup with cookware, dishes and utensils, as well as a fridge, gas stove, microwave and kettle. A spacious living/dining room offers opportunity to relax with a book or take in a movie from one of the DirecTV channels. Guests can also enjoy the ocean view, and gentle breezes while seated on Savannah style benches on the outdoor patio.

For day passes a precise number of persons is required (adults and kids under 14).

The rates for the day pass are as follows:
Time limit – 9am to 5pm Facility limit – living room / one bathroom / kitchen / beach access
Per person rate ($125.00/day for adults, $75.00 for U14);
10% discount on rates for groups of 8-10 persons. No more than 10 persons for the day (including kids).
