The property is located approximately 10-15 minutes after Arthur’s Bar in Rampanalgas; or 1 minute after the 22 mile marker on the Toco Main Road, Cumana.
Our large two-story house is situated on sprawling well maintained grounds with coconut trees.
Six(6) bedrooms are located on the upper floor, each air-conditioned and containing its own bathroom (hot and cold water).Four of the bedrooms have access to a common balcony area, which overlooks the pool and provides spectacular views of the ocean. The ground floor is a large open-concept floor plan. Kitchen, dining and recreational areas (contains a pool table for grown up fun) are unobstructed from each other. A half-bath/powder-room and a TV area are the only walled rooms on the ground floor.
Outdoors, guests have access to a large pool, gazebo, outdoor bath facilities, BBQ pit and private beach area.
Booking and pricing policies are as follows:
– Minimum of 2 nights stay
– Weekend stay=Friday 12noon to Sunday 12noon
– Maxi occupancy: 12 adults and 12 children
– Rates=$750USD / night; conversion rate used is $6.75TT-$1US
– Damage/Security deposit of 50% is required (refunded 14 days after check out)
– Deposit amount is due within 48 hours after the client/renter is approved to book.
– Booking is confirmed only on receipt of deposit.
– Full payment must be completed 15 days before Check In date.

– Quiet hours between midnight and 8:00am
– Keep the property and furnishings in good order
– Use appliances only for their intended purpose
– BBQ pits (gas and coal) MUST be cleaned after use
– No wet clothes or towels on indoor furniture
– Use outdoor shower before entering pool
– Dry off completely before entering house from pool or beach
– Ask owner’s permission before picking fruit from trees on compound
Windy Ridge- Trinidad
here are 3 bedrooms, all air-conditioned, with a double decker and a single bed in each room.
The double decker has a queen-sized bed on the bottom and a single size bed on top.
There are two bathrooms – one in the corridor near the bedrooms, the other is near the living room.
Access to a semi-private beach and DirectTV is included. Small but functional kitchen – stove, microwave, chest freezer, refrigerator, dishes and eating utensils.
Outdoor patio and Savannah style benches to enjoy a great sunrise.
