Leaving Scarborough, the island’s capital, take a tour of the island, drive along the Windward Road through breathtaking mountain scenery. See miles of pristine beaches, charming fishing towns, and a sugar plantation from the 10th century. Take in the views of Pigeon Hill, the island’s highest peak, from Charlottesville, a small fishing town.
Turtle Watching Trinidad
The legendary Leatherback Turtle, the largest of all live turtles, prefers Trinidad as one of its primary breeding grounds. Visitors will observe the Leather Back Turtle during its primary nesting season, which runs from March to September each year, at the world-renowned Grand Riviere, one of the historic breeding grounds of the Leather Back Turtle.
Glass Bottom Boat Cruise
