Located approximately 10-15 minutes after the village of Rampanalgas, our large two-storey house is situated on sprawling well maintained grounds with coconut trees. All six bedrooms are located on the upper floor, air-conditioned with ensuite bathrooms; four have access to a common balcony area for spectacular sunrise views of the ocean. Outdoors, guests have access to a large pool, gazebo, outdoor bath facilities, BBQ pit and private beach area.

The property sits on a former coconut estate, and the buildings were constructed by the owner to encourage his large family’s stay-cations, and to maintain their close-knit relationships. Guests can wander the length and breadth of the estate, enjoy unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and even climb a rock sitting just a few dozen meters off our semi-private beach.

You will need to rent a car, or hire someone, to get to the property. There are a few very small fruit stands nearby. The nearest grocery is 10 minutes away in the village of Cumana. Most local guests do their shopping ahead of time, and bring their groceries etc with them. For our foreign guests, just provide a list of items needed and we can arrange to purchase and have them on site for your arrival – the cost of the items will be charged to the guests, plus a small fee.
